The app does not transfer any personal data of any kind. All saved files created by the app are solely yours (the user) and will never leave your device.
The ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permission is required for bluetooth pair functions. This feature allows you (the user) to be discoverable by bluetooth scans by another device running the same app.
The CAMERA permission is required to make certain ROMs to take pictures.
